Two different things are called “top-up”
Knowing which one you are buying decides what you need to have ready.
A code you redeem yourself. The code arrives on WhatsApp and you enter it in the game or its store. This covers Roblox, Fortnite, PUBG, Jawaker and Magic Chess. The advantage is that you never hand over account details to anyone.
A direct top-up to your player ID. You send us your player ID and server, and we load the account. This covers Genshin Impact, Mobile Legends and Yalla Ludo. It is faster, but the ID has to be right – a top-up sent to the wrong account cannot be reversed.

- If it is an ID top-up, get your player ID and server from inside the game first.
- Pay by card, e-wallet or Fawry.
- Your code arrives on WhatsApp, or we load your account directly for the ID-based games.
The region rule – the one thing that trips people up
Cards tied to a regional store – Roblox, Fortnite, Steam, PlayStation – must match the region set on your account. A US card will not load onto a European account, and the store simply refuses it. ID top-ups (Genshin, Mobile Legends) have no region at all: the player ID identifies the account and that is the end of it.
If you are not certain which region your account uses, message us before ordering. It takes a minute and it avoids the only real problem in this whole category.
Why buy from an Egyptian store at all?
Most international stores do not accept Egyptian payment methods – no local wallet, no Fawry, and many decline Egyptian cards outright. So a player in Egypt either finds somebody abroad to buy on their behalf, or buys from a store that operates here and accepts local payment. That is the practical difference, and honestly it is nearly the only one.

How long does a top-up take?
Codes go out on WhatsApp as soon as payment is confirmed. ID top-ups are done once you send your player ID.
Do you have Free Fire top-up?
Not at the moment. Everything else listed above is available.
What if my code does not work?
Send us the order number on WhatsApp. Usually it is one of three things: the code was already redeemed, the account region does not match the card, or a typing slip – the letter O and the digit 0 look alike, so copy and paste rather than typing.
I sent the wrong player ID – can it be refunded?
No. An account top-up completes immediately and cannot be reversed, which is exactly why we ask you to double-check the ID before we start.
